Djerriwarrh Festival organisers are ramping up preparations for the November 10 event.

Melton council is calling on market stallholders, food vendors, street performers and exhibitors to get on board with the community festival.

Last year’s event attracted about 35,000 people to the Melton Recreation Reserve to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the market stall village, pet expo, international food
stalls, Lions Club Carnival and fireworks display.

An environment expo, Sustainable Lane, aimed at helping residents to make their homes and lifestyles more environmentally friendly, also proved popular.
