March is a massive month around Melbourne for great food and music.

For Tullamarine producers Alba Cheese, it’s a chance to exhibit at Melbourne’s premier cheese and cider festival, Fromage a Trois, at historic Werribee Park Mansion on Sunday, March 6.

Alba will be one of 60 exhibitors showcasing Australia’s finest cheeses, ciders and wines.

Participants in this Melbourne Food and Wine Festival event can meet the makers, including cousins David and John Bongiorno from Alba Cheese.

Alba is Italian for dawn, and when senior Bongiorno brothers Mario and Gaetano chose the name, it was intended to describe their cheeses’ freshness.
