One of the west’s favourite theatre groups is starting 2018 with a bang.

wit incorporated’s first scheduled performance is Bombshells, a play by celebrated Melbourne playwright Joanna Murray-Smith.

The drama brings to the life the story of six women, from a feisty teenager to a 64-year-old widow, perched perilously on the edge.

They are at the brink and dropping bombshells with every turn.

Join the mother, the dumpee, the drama nerd, the bride, the widow and the diva as they balance gladness, sadness and madness.

Directed by Sarah Clarke, Bombshells features wit incorporated actors Belinda Campbell and Jennifer Piper.

The season at Bluestone Church Arts Space opens with a preview on March 8 and continues until March 24.

Shows will be held 7.30pm Thursday to Saturday and 3pm Sundays, including an Auslan interpreted show March 15.
