Boo at the Zoo is back by popular demand at the Werribee Open Range Zoo for this Halloween.

Residents are urged to come dressed in costumes and enjoy a fun night filled with children’s activities, themed music and food, crafts, games and Halloween-themed characters and entertainment.

Events and interpretations co-ordinator, Karen Rodriguez said: “Boo at the Zoo is back and bigger than ever as we transform Werribee Open Range Zoo into ghoulish wonderland that is sure to be a hoot for the whole family to enjoy.

“The Boo at the Zoo Halloween Party has been a big hit with Zoos Victoria members so this year we will be doubling scares, costumes and activities and running it over two nights.”

The Pula Trail at the zoo will be transformed to fit the Halloween theme and kids will be able to trick or treat along the trail.

The event is suitable for all ages and will be a family friendly night.

The event will run on October 27 and 28 from 5.30-8.30pm.
